OK, so Congress has so far refused my idea of INCORPORATION of the United States Government.

AND, they also rejected my idea of a MANHATTAN PROJECT for the US AUTO INDUSTRY. (See Previous Blog)
STRIKE TWO
Now, it’s up to Pres. Bush to try to save the economy that he and his cronies on Wall Street have worked so hard to destroy. Bush leaves this country with a legacy of deceit and corruption unequalled in modern times or even in historic times. If he is able to save this part of the economy NOW, would be some small gesture of mitigation of the damages he has done. There is no other way to explain it.
Since the damage is already done that goes far beyond the Auto Industry and now has crept into every Industry in America, causing the loss of millions of jobs so far and millions more to come next year, we have to start to look at government slightly differently. For centuries we have given government the benefit of the doubt in that they, everyone in Government, are supposed to serve the greater good, the vast majority of Americans, their constituents, their employers, the benefactors, their masters. But, somehow the celebrity or just plain ordinary greed has made them, (Those in Government) think that they are OUR MASTERS and we are simply sheep to be shorn and their own ENRICHMENT is their primary duty in office and if the ordinary people get a few crumbs in the process of their theft and mismanagement, then, that can be tolerated.
The PUBLIC SECTOR, as it has been dubbed over the years, is not really very public any more. These people meet in secrecy. The plot against the will of the majority of citizens. They lose concentration a theatre of global distractions that are really not in their job descriptions or in our best interests as a nation to pursue, yet they pursue the wrong goals because it gives them EGO STROKES. They may go down in the history books in one way or another. Or, failing that, at least they can rise to the ranks of the wealthiest few in our society. They have no sense of public service any more. They increase the size of their bureaucracy for the sheer power that it appears to give them and because it DILUTES the POWER of the CITIZENRY as a whole since we all know, “You cannot fight City Hall” and the bigger City Hall gets, the more imposing, the greater the array of their weapons and armies to defeat you.
Any thought of a balanced budget, of course, went out the window with the First Republican Administration who talked about it, but did the opposite to us. Let’s Face it. Talking about a balanced budget, but doing the reverse is the hallmark of the Republican Party since Reagan. They have painted Democrats as the big spenders, but this has not been the case since FDR and FDR was a big spender DUH, because he was fighting the GREAT DEPRESSION. It’s ironic that a Democratic Administration is the only one that successfully fought a Great Depression and it’s been a REPUBLICAN BOTH TIMES that have caused these GREAT DEPRESSIONS.
BUT, as you can see, I still have some residual angst left over from the Election and WE WON. However, it still galls me that there were 45 Million or so people in this country that voted for the REPUBLICAN PARTY, the same PARTY that is now OBVIOUSLY DESTROYING OUR ECONOMY, and BUSTING UNIONS, the same people who gave us THE WEEKEND, which all Republican’s happily enjoy, every single time one of these great benefits of the Labor Movement rolls around. Sorry, more angst.
THE MAIN POINT, I am delivering here is that our system of GOVERNMENT is NOT WORKING and has not worked for decades under this TWO-PARTY SYSTEM, where one party gets to make mistakes and the next one attempts to REPAIR, but MAKES WORSE. We must get out of this vicious cycle. It was President Clinton, After all, who gave us NAFTA. NAFTA allowed our domestic corporations to start sending the BEST JOBS TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES like MEXICO, CHINA, JAPAN, INDIA, THE PHILIPPINES, VIET NAM, ETC., and this trend continues even now. There has been talk lately even THE GOVERNMENT WOULD START TO OFFSHORE SOME OF OUR JOBS. Imagine that? Our Government sending some of the most secure and highest paying jobs in the one sector of our economy that is still growing, OVERSEAS and allowing FOREIGN CITIZENS TO CONTROL US. THIS TO ME is the END of the American Experiment in Democracy that we are witnessing – UNLESS WE ALL GET UNITED, as in these UNITED STATES, and do something to reverse all of this insanity.
BY INCORPORATION of the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, we put the shareholders in charge of the largest economy, STILL, in the world. Privitization of the so-called Public Sector would reinstall the spirit of Capitalism’s best ideals in vogue once again. The current rush to SOCIALISM that BUSH has imposed on us CAN AND MUST BE ABOLISHED, NEGATED, DEFEATED, REVERSED, and TURNED BACK IN ON ITSELF to create the greatest Capitalist System in history. For this obvious need, I can be thankful to President Bush. By DOING THE WRONG THINGS SO BOLDLY AND AGGRESSIVELY, he has BLOWN UP THE PROBLEM in the most aggressive way so that ALL OF US CAN SEE IT. We can see the cancer. We can feel it in our bones and we know that there must be a procedure, a cure, a medicine out there somewhere that can defeat it and save the patient.
THAT CURE to all our ills is simply one CONSTIUTIONAL AMENDMENT AWAY, and that is an AMENDMENT that would change our PUBLIC SECTOR into the LARGEST CORPORATION IN THE WORLD.
WHY DO THIS?
1. The FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AS A CORPORATION would force all employees to go through normal hiring practices; background checks, credit checks, resume reviews, peer reviews, interviews, etc. Including the CEO, the President. The greatest travesty in our history is that we were forced to elect a man who had no experience, so success in any of the skills required to be our CEO and so when he got to the highest office in the world, he was incompetent. This could have been avoided under a more business-like procedure for hiriing. BUT, this incompetence goes to nearly ALL of the bureaucrats now in government jobs. They don’t have a clue what they are supposed to do and so when there’s a fire, they don’t know how to put one out. The fires rage across this land for months, destroying homes and habitats for millions of folks and animals. Even a four year old knows that you have to GET THE AIR POWER of this country to bear on a FIRE, FILL THEM FULL OF WATER and FIRE RETARDENT and FLY THEM OVER THE FLAMES and DOUSE THEM. Yet our bureaucrats can’t think of this and think of PLANES THAT ARE THINGS THAT CAN ONLY CARRY BOMBS, and so the fires rage out of control every year in this country and this is just one example. FLOODs are the same thing, just look at Katrina. New Orleans was destroyed and is still in ruin because first the US ARMY CORPS of ENGINEERS is incompetent and is still in ruins because FEMA is incompetent. I could go on for hundreds of pages of evidence. We were bombed on Sept. 11th because the F.B.I. was ignoring warnings about Arab Men who were taking lessons on how to fly AIRLINE JETS INTO TALL BUILDINGS, not landing or take-off. The war in IRAQ, still raging was caused becuase the C.I.A. couldn’t convince an incompetent Commander-In-Chief that there were no Weapons of Mass Destruction and then allowed the incompetent Commander-In-Chief to convince them, A BUREACRACY of over 50,000 EMPLOYEES, all paid OVER 500 BILLION DOLLARS PER YEAR THAT THEY HAD IT WRONG.
The 2nd Great Depression, begun in the summer of this year, was caused by an incompetent CEO appointing his friends and cronies on Wall Street to positions of great responsibility and then giving them the GO-AHEAD to rape and pillage in every sector that they were supposedly safeguarding. ”What didn’t they get the memo?” Bush says now, “Where we told them NOT to do that?”
“What memo?” Is the reply. There will be hearings on this matter, if I have my way, and eventually, we will be allowed to learn the truth of this mess and who is actually most culpable, but in all previous administrations, the BUCK STOPS at the OVAL OFFICE. Is this one going to be different? This will be BUSH’S ONLY DEFENSE, IGNORANCE. And, there is much evidence to support him on that. BUT, I’ll wager there is overwhelming evidence that he was at the controls of this debacle. The WHITE HOUSE SHREDDING MACHINEs are undoubtedly working overtime even as we speak to try desperately to dispell this guilt and we see the re-write of history attempts have already begun.
NO, WE NEED A BETTER WAY TO HIRE AND FIRE THESE FOLKS. INCORPORTION of the system would be a start.
2. We would all be SHAREHOLDERS in this corporation, so we could INCREASE OUR EQUITY as the STOCK IN AMERICA GREW IN VALUE. AND, from this lowest value of the Stock In America, in history it can only go up from here.
We could use the STOCK OWNERSHIP that we have to pay for our Retirement, our Health Care, Our unemployment, etc. After all, why should a Government of any kind be responsible for our own financial Well-Being. This principle of the government’s cradle to grave responsibility over us is unAamerican and should neve have even started.
THE GOVERNMENT AS A CORPORATION SHOULD HAVE OUR FINANCIAL WELL-BEING IN MIND, just as it has its own survival in mind as well. What, after all, is the purpose of a corporation, a corpus, in Latin, a body? The corporation exists as a legal entity to employ HUMAN BEINGS, give them a sense of security, a Social Security in essence, and give them a place to practice their skills, a purpose in life, a way to support their families. To do the greatest good for their CORPUS, the body of employees, the corporation must survive, so the common will of all those in the corporation is primarily to help the corporation exist, to give it a purpose, to find a need and fill it. As the employer thrives and prospers in the global marketplace, so do its employees, its corpus remains healthy. AND it survives, at the end of the day, by making a PROFIT.
But, that’s enough advanced reading for you today. In future BLOGS at this URL, I will give you many more benefits of Incorporation of the United States of America. We’re going to have to do it, thanks to the CRISIS of the Bush Administration. There is no other way out of this mess and the Auto Industry Fiasco, just makes that even more obvious.
I go on and on about this topic because I see in the President Elect a great intellect, someone who is struggling with the greatest challenges in our history and I can see that he will rise to these challenges and do his best to overcome them. However, without this concept, he and us, do not stand a chance. The TRILLIONS AND TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS gone now, evaporated, shoved into secret bank accounts all around the world for the perpetrators and the cronies of the perpetrators, will never be retrieved. There is no International Police Force or Court System that can get it all back for us. IT’S GONE. We have to be realistic now. We’re in for the worst financial conditions in history and we are going to face a civil unrest like no other if we do not take BOLD and PIONEERING ACTION in this matter.
BY INCORPORATION, we can turn THIS GIANT FINANCIAL CHAOS into some semblance of order because INCORPORATING RIGHT NOW is a REVERSE BANKRUPTCY. In a new Corporate Formation, the creditors and the debtors will be forced to come together and make concessions that we can live with. Without INCORPORATION, we go into bankruptcy for REAL, and the FULL FAITH and CREDIT of the UNITED STATES of AMERICA, our Credibility around the world would be GONE FOREVER. Our position as World Leader in all things economic and military would be GONE IN 60 SECONDS. And BANKRUPTCY is the ONLY OTHER OPTION.
AS A NATION, we are in the same POSITION AS THE BIG THREE AUTO MAKERS. THEY are so far in debt, from decades of incompetence, greed and mismanagement that there is no option left to them than BANKRUPTCY and THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is in no better shape. We The People, from decades of incompetence, greed and mismanagement, make the situation in DETROIT PALE IN COMPARISON.
Since We The People, in order to form a more perfect union, ARE NOT a CORPORATION YET, there are ONLY TWO OPTIONS open to us. Bankruptcy OR Incorporation, which would avoid Bankruptcy.
STRIKE THREE for all of us would be what is going to happen IF WE DO NOT UNITE as a PEOPLE right now, BEFORE PRESIDENT ELECT OBAMA takes office. He will need every man, woman and child to help bail out this sinking ship.
FIRST, we must all recognize that our previous captain set our ship on this course directly into the GREATEST STORM. He could have taken a course around it, but chose to lead us into this gravest of dangers.
We have a new untested CAPTAIN and he appears to be headed on a far better course away from this storm. However, we’re not out of it yet. In fact, our new Captain tells us that the storm will get worse before it gets better and I’m afraid he’s right about that.

ALL HANDS ON DECK. ALL HANDS MAN THEIR BATTLE STATIONS. THE CAPTAIN ORDERS OUR HELP and HE DESERVES that ALL HANDS GET ON DECK and START PULLING IN THE SAME DIRECTION.
Incorporation of the Untied States Government is the ONLY COURSE out of this STORM and they way to AVOID ALL OTHERS in the future.
