Today, I am going to shift my BLOGGING FOCUS to the New Presidency of Barack Obama. I’m through calling for Hearings into the crimes of the Bush Administration. I’m convinced now that this will happen and we will all be shocked at what we find.
But from now on, I’m going to blog about the NEW AMERICA that we MUST HAVE under Barack Obama. It’s obvious that the FAILED REPUBLICAN PHILOSOPHY has come full circle. IT SHOULD BE PROVEN TO MOST BY NOW that YOU CANNOT have a great country with people who only worship money, their own personal money, in CHARGE of the greatest economy in the world. They will always use the system for their own personal gain, no matter how much they hurt and rip off the rest of us. Millions of us are losing our jobs today and even in the best of times, we barely scrape by, while those in charge make BILLIONS while they allow their CRONIES in the oil companies and the car companies to RAPE and RUIN and DEVASTATE the EARTH. They have no soul. THE CORPORATION is the VEHICLE of CHOICE for these HUNTER/KILLERS. When the ordinary people of the world ask for a small consideration, money to buy food for a family in crisis, money to help pay for the UNBELIEVABLE HEALTH CARE COSTS in this country, they SCREAM ‘SOCIALISM’. But, when they hold their hands out for MULTI-BILLION BONUSES for a job NOT DONE WELL at all, they call that CAPITILIST SUCCESS.
Even today, the CEO’S of GM, FORD and CHRYSLER are testifying before CONGRESS asking for a couple hundred BILLION in TAXPAYER WELFARE MONEY and they each EARN around 100 MILLION DOLLARS PER YEAR in salary, bonuses and PERKS, such as the PRIVATE JET that TOOK EACH OF THEM TO WASHINGTON with their TIN CUPS in their hands.
There has to be a better way. We announced a few months ago that there is a BETTER WAY and now that we have SECURED a DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENT, there is a chance that it may happen. WE simply have to INCORPORATE the United States of America to use the CORPORATION for the benefit of all the workers in this country, not just the fortunate few who attended the right Colleges and Fraternities. The good old boys network is not working for the rest of us, the REAL PEOPLE WHO MAKE THIS ECONOMY BOOM and FLOURISH.
I know this sounds crazy only because the United States Government has been a LOSING NOT FOR PROFIT ENTITY since its inception over 200 years ago. But, there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in our Constitution, believe me I’ve read it, that PRECLUDES an overall INCORPORATION of the government.
When the founding fathers of this great nation conceived of a country that would serve the cause of Freedom and Democracy, they did not and could not foresee a world where the corporation would be used to LIMIT our FREEDOM, and help to destroy the planet, the very MOTHER of us all, the physical laws that give us sustenance and our happiness. When we INCORPORATE the Governments of the world, and it should start with this country, the leader of the Free World, we set ourselves up as a MODEL CORPORATION, one who’s bylaws and principles must be emulated by all other corporations under which we serve. The first ByLaw of the United States of America, Inc. shall be that “Corporation can do no harm to the planet.” In other words, if one of their main products, or any of their products or services is found to be harmful to life on Earth in any way, that product must be banned. If we had this Bylaw in effect when Industry was deciding between Electric Cars and Gasoline Powered cars, we wouldn’t be in this mess today. Everyone would be driving quiet and clean vehicles and they would ALL be powered by electricity derived from our waste products, recycled materials, clean coal, and today solar and perhaps a little nuclear, but only if Nuclear Waste was recycled returned to the Earth in an inert state. That day could have happened. IT MUST COME if we are to survive as a species.
Instead of a quiet and clean world, we all live in a world of SMOG, POLLUTED RIVERS, SPECIES DYING OFF at the rate of thousands per day, not just individual animals, but THOUSANDS OF SPECIES dying off per DAY. Certainly, all of this damage caused by one species, MAN, cannot be sustained for long until the offending species becomes extinct. This is Natural Law and the Law of Mankind, must be subservient to Natural Law or what is it all about, anyway?
But, I digress. The point here is that a GOVERNMENT as a CORPORATION would also accomplish several THINGS for the REST of the world to enjoy.
First, we would hold our elected leaders to a higher standard of ethics and morals and good business common sense. They would have to be geared to MAKING A PROFIT in Government, instead of BANKRUPTING the WORLD, as we have already done.
Second, we would all reap the Dividends of a well-managed economy in the form of STOCK. The value of our stock in America would increase steadily over time if History is our model because the people of this country are the most educated, the most productive, the most creative, and the hardest working people on the planet and there is no close second.
As the value of our STOCK rose, we would all be able to affrord a nice and comfortable retirement, without worries of any kind. We would all have enough EQUITY to pay for any Health Care we might need. We would all have economic dignity, the same kind of dignity that the SELECT FEW CRONIES have in this country. But, those would be in the good times. When there were economically hard times, we would all suffer from the lack of equity in our STOCK, and that is the ESSENCE of CAPITALISM, isn’t it? To be FREE to SUCCEED or FAIL, at our own discretion, from making our own decisions and following our hopes and dreams for the future. When we have this kind of ECONOMIC FREEDOM guaranteed to us by the CORPORATION for which we live and work, WE WOULD CONTROL OUR OWN DESTINY. We would be in charge and our leaders would merely follow our instructions. IF we screw up, the results, or lack thereof, would be on everyone’s plate. We would be RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS and REALLY FREE for the first time in history.
And, thirdly to put the EMPHASIS on this second point, we would have a way to IMPROVE OUR DEMOCRACY BY VOTING OUR SHARES. When management makes decisions for the corporation that we don’t like, we could VETO THEM on the SHAREHOLDER BALLOTS, these would be NATIONAL REFERENDA on the policies that our management team decided to put in place. We would still have policies from the Government, because that is the PURPOSE of GOVERNMENT, but they would all be subject to voter approval.
During Yearly or Quarterly Stockholder MEETINGS, we would all hear their proposals for the following fiscal year and we would have the chance to give them a VOTE of CONFIDENCE of a vote of DISAPPROVAL and they would be subject to our MAJORITY OPINION. That is democracy.

We are asking Barack Obama to consider this kind of SYSTEMIC CHANGE, not just the reversal of the Bush Policies, but the adoption of new rules of the road so that the Bush Era cannot happen to us again. Make no mistake, what Bush and his cronies did to us, was intentional. They have rewarded their co-conspirators and they now plan to PARDON themselves as they leave office. Just remember this when the PARDONS ARE ANNOUNCED. You cannot PARDON an INNOCENT PERSON. The PARDON is an ADMISSION OF GUILT because it PRECLUDES the PEOPLE from holding hearings into their conduct and learning the TRUTH. If they were not afraid of the TRUTH, they would have no need for PARDONS.
It’s hard to PROVE CRIMINAL INTENT, especially when the criminals have THOUSANDS of HIGH PAID LAWYERS at their beck and call to WHITE WASH and RUBBER STAMP and HIDE everything they do. But, eventually TRUTH always wins over the DARKNESS.
By incorporating the United States Government, we hold these people to HIGHER STANDARDS and BANKRUPTCY would NEVER BE ON THE TALBE.
