I’m not making this up folks.
Every once in a while, I have to look back at some of my posts in this blog and when I read them again, I am prompted to think how I used to feel when reading similar material from what I called, “The Lunatic Fringe”, or opinions of people, we’ve all read them, who seem to be over the top and talking like the world is going to end tomorrow if we don’t do something very, very different and alien.
Well, I guess my recent blogs have made me into quite a celebrity so far in what’s called the Lunatic Fringe. Other bloggers are pointing to my posts as someone who is barely holding on to reality.
But, that’s only because Reality as we have known it, has been turned upside down, inside out and front side back. There is no “Realtiy” anymore that is familiar to any of us. We are all now in jeopardy of losing our homes, losing our jobs, losing our livelihoods, losing the Internet. The lights may soon be going out all over this country because of the path that we have taken, mostly with Republicansas our guides for the last several decades. Under Republican Presidents, the US Dollar has sunk to new lows against all other foreign currencies, including even the “LUNEY”. In other words even Looney Tunes economies of the world are now stronger than our own. We have become the world’s largest dead beat debtor nation. I use the word “Deadbeat” with total confidence, I’m sorry to say, and candor because Today, the United States Congress voted to make the American taxpayers responsible for all of this REPUBLICAN FRAUD by nationalizing the DEBT of the Financial Institutions who BRIBED THEM FIRST INTO LETTING THEM GO WILD. You’ve heard of “GIRLS GONE WILD”. Well, under Republican Presidents and Congress majorities, we’ve lived under WALL STREET GONE WILD. And the point is, WE the AMERICAN WORKERS are now required by LAW to PAY IT ALL OFF, and this is DEBT that is mainly out there and held by CHINA, SAUDI ARABIA, RUSSIA and VENEZUELA, all Communist Dictatorships.
So, the LUNATIC FRINGE was right. Eventually, we would have to become COMMUNIST under the ECONOMIC POLICIES we’ve lived under over the last 50 years, ever since RICHARD NIXON.
So, now, we need to ask ourselves, “What changes will they demand of the American Economy to make sure that their debt is secure and that we PAY THEM BACK with INTEREST. This era in American Society will be akin to the movies we’ve all seen where the hero is forced to borrow money from a MOB LOAN SHARK to pay for his sister’s brain cancer operation. HE can’t possibly pay the MOB back, so he has to go on the run, or find a KUNG FU partner who will eventually kick the ass of the MOB LOAN SHARK and the movies always end with a happy ending where the hero finally gets out of his debt by having all of the MOB arrested or pummeled to death by his friend the Kung Fu Master.
In REALITY TODAY, the CHINESE and SAUDI and RUSSIAN MOB are not going to have their asses kicked because that would be WORLD WAR THREE and even the MOB is smart enough to know that if they’re dead, they can’t afford the lifestyle of their new found wealth. So, they will have to be more subtle in their demands. They will secretly send their LOBBYISTS to PAY certain KEY CONGRESSMEN, and in the past this has meant, Senator McCain and his LOBBYIST CAMPAIGN MANAGER, RICK DAVIS, to make their demands turned into the “LAW of the LAND”.
They will probably demand that the minimum wage go down so that more workers will be forced to work more hours to pay off the debt. They will demand that our taxes be raised so that more money can be allocated to PAYING THEM BACK. They will demand that our NATIONAL DEFENSE be sharply curtailed so that we are no longer capable of DEFENDING OURSELVES if the worst happens and they have to ROUGH US UP a bit to get our attention.
This last demand worries me the most. I’m not worried about working hard. I’ve worked hard my whole life and a little more hard work doesn’t scare me. I’m worried a little more about my taxes going up because I think that taxes are high enough already and take food right off my families table and pisses it off down the drain of INTEREST PAYMENTS on the debt THAT I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH.
But, I’m more worried about the final demand that they will make and that is the DISARMING of this country so that we will never be able to defend ourselves in the face of more and more demands. This worries me alot. Because at some point, when we are weakened enough by this economic situation of the REPUBLICAN CONSPIRACY against the American People, (As I mentioned in previous posts, this situation in which we find ourselves today could not possibly have been an accident. One has to try very hard to wreck the strongest economy in the world.), won’t our MOB FRIENDS be tempted to just MARCH ON OVER HERE and TAKE THE WHOLE ENCHILADA?
I mean, why wait for us to pay off this REPUBLICAN DEBT over 100 or 200 years? That’s how long it will take EVEN UNDER THE BEST CIRCUMSTANCES. Why would the wait that long for their money, when they can come over here in PLANES and SHIPS and SUBMARINES and JUST CONFISCATE ALL OUR ASSETS from the White House to the Statue of Liberty to New York City and Los Angeles, the massive corporate farms that feed the world, the Industrial heartlands, the great Mississippi River transportation hub, the Pacific Northwest, the Internet, the American museums filled with priceless art treasures, the bridges, the trucking fleets, the fishing fleets, the sprawling air ports and deep sea ports, the massive multi-national corporations. All of our assets are now at risk.
Even all of this may not pay off OUR REPUBLICAN DEBT, believe it or not, because like all LOAN SHARKS, they can RAISE THE RATE OF INTEREST to 20, 30, even 40 Per Cent per year, which in ELEVEN TRILLION DOLLARS is the GROSS NATIONAL OUTPUT OF ALL NATIONS OF THE EARTH COMBINED. American ASSETS are the biggest value in the world, but they are not this big.
So, yes, this all sounds like ramblings from the LUNATIC FRINGE, but this is where we are, my fellow Americans. This is precisely where we are at.
AND, it seems to me our only way out, the path of the least amount of PAIN in the long run, or even in the short run, is to REPUDIATE THE NATIONAL DEBT. Just GO BELLY up and START A NEW ECONOMY, but a new ECONOMY with REAL CHECKS and BALANCES on our leaders so that this type of SELL OUT can never happen again. Being a person of what I believe to be impeccable moral character, this type of path pains me very much because it means that the FULL FAITH and CREDIT of the UNITED STATES will take decades to REBUILD.
AND SO, I would never advocate this type of thing if I considered this debt to be an honorable one, a debt that was contracted for with the full knowledge and cooperation of the American People. IT WAS NOT. This debt was FOISTED on us FIRST by RICHARD NIXON, a man of far less than what you would call decent. It was HIS war in VIET NAM, cambodia and elsewhere, with a PRICE TAG of $57,000 for every So-CALLED ENEMY KILLED by US BOMBS and BULLETS, some of them dropped by John McCain.
THEN, there is the INCREASED DEBT from RONALD REAGAN because he wanted to show the SOVIET UNION that we were BIGGER and BADDER. Some say this strategy worked to end the COLD WAR. However, we need to ask ourselves, would the SOVIET UNION have fallen under its own weight anyway? Did we really need to BORROW HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS OF DOLLARS to fight a war of MORE AND MORE POWERFUL WEAPONS that we KNEW we could never use?
THEN, there is the MASSIVE DEBT INCREASE, another TRILLION DOLLARS or two, deposited on our FAMILIES by George H. W. Bush, or who I call, Bush Sr., this debt arrived due to the first war in Iraq and THE INCREDIBLY LOUSY ECONOMY UNDER HIS VOODOO ECONOMICS.
BUT ALL OF THIS PALES IN COMPARISON to what the SON OF SAM did to us, George W. Bush, and is still doing to us until he finally leaves office in January of next year. (Why isn’t it sooner?)
UP until George W. Bush, the FRAUDULENT REPUBLICAN DEBT was “ONLY” about 5 TRILLION. BILL CLINTON during his HALCYON DAYS in office, actually managed to reverse the FIRST BUSH DEPRESSION and PAID OFF half a TRILLION of the DEBT.
BUT, when GEORGE W. BUSH comes onto the LOAN SHARK BUSINESS, he manages to REVERSE the BILL CLINTON ECONOMIC PROSPERITY and BUILD THE DEBT TO DOUBLE what it had been throughout all of HISTORY before him. THE NATIONAL DEBT NOW STANDS at nearly 11 TRILLION and With the BUSH BAIL OUT OF WALL STREET, HIS LOAN SHARK CRONIES, it could go to 15 TRILLION before this CROOK leaves office in JANUARY.
BUSH saw 9/11 as the chance to FINALLY FULFILL the SECRET CONSPIRACY of the REPUBLICAN PARTY and that means that IN HIS HEAD, Geoge W. Bush saw OPPORTUNITY. He said to himself, not to us, “Man, now I can really be in power and I can use the BLANK CHECK the UNLIMITED CREDIT CARD of the PENTAGON BUDGET to run amok all over the world, GIVING OUT DOLLARS until we are finally DONE. I’ll start in AFGANISTAN, because that’s were OSAMA BIN LADEN is and he was the PERP. BUT, I WON’T KILL OR CAPTURE HIM, because then the war wouldn’t LAST LONG ENOUGH. So, I’ll let him escape and, then I can run all over IRAQ, they’re a defenseless little nothing of a country. Then, IRAN, they’re part of this too, I bet and then GOD ONLY KNOWS WHERE. Perhaps, this will ignite the CRUSADES once again and I will be THE KING of the EARTH, RICHARD THE LIONHEART of modern times.
AND SO, today we find ourselves in debt to such an extent that we CAN NEVER PAY IT OFF. BUSH actually had some of his SOLDIERS DRIVING AROUND in IRAQ and HANDING OUT MILLIONS OF OUR DOLLARS IN CASH to people in an attempt to BRIBE THEM TO BEING OUR FRIENDS. They took our money, but they will NEVER be our friends. I have no doubt that IRAN would have been HIS NEXT TARGET, but unfortunately for him and FORTUNATELY for the IRANIANS, we ran out of money and he ran out of time.
FOLKS, we can NEVER, NEVER, NEVER pay this OFF and we will ALWAYS LIVE AND WORK UNDER THREAT OF INVASION FROM THE FOREIGN DEBT HOLDERS, CHINA, RUSSIA and OPEC.
THEY MAY NOT HAVE TO FIRE A SHOT. They will probably come wearing business suits, not military uniforms, slowly taking over one CORPORATION after ANOTHER. THEN, they will start to appear in our WASHINGTON OFFICE BUILDINGS under the guise of FOREIGN LOBBYISTS.
OH, SORRY, That has already BEGUN. THERE is only ONE THING we MUST DO NOW as a nation and that is to SEND THEM A NEW SET OF PRINCIPLES, the PRINCIPLES that WE WILL NOT BE SUCKERS ANY MORE.
WE MUST REPUDIATE THE DEBT and build a NEW ECONOMY based on the RESOURCES in this COUNTRY, the people, the land, the sunshine, the wind. ONLY a New America, based on these things and REAL DEMOCRACY IN AMERICA can survive and maintain the LAST BEST HOPE for the world.
Why not do what is BY LAW OUR RIGHT TO BANKRUPTCY and A FRESH START? What would you do if you found your FAMILY hopelessly in debt AND THIS DEBT WAS DONE to you UNDER AN IDENDITY THEFT CRIME? You would utilize the bankruptcy protection laws and HAVE IT ALL ERASED so that you could start over, BUT if you did not ALSO SET UP YOUR FINANCIAL SYSTEM so that IDENTITY THEFT COULD NEVER HAPPEN TO YOU AGAIN, you would be a FOOL.
