Congress will hear the Big 3, US Automakers when they come with hat in hand looking for their Bail Out Moneys. This PLAN is the plan, WE must force on them in return for the money. Make them ELECTRIFY the roads, cars and trucks and save their jobs, save the economy, save the planet.

During this time of transition and reform of so many of our INSTITUTIONS does it make more sense to REFORM the ENTIRE STRUCTURE in one FELL SWOOP, rather than picking our way through a MORASS of BUREAUCRACY and a forest of laws. ALL LAW, thank GOD, pays dues to the OVERALL LAW, the LAW of the LAND, the United States Constitution. ANY LAW that is in conflict with our CONSTITUTION is unenforceable, VOID and eventually goes into extinction. BY Amending our CONSTITUTION just ONE MORE TIME, in favor of a United States of America, INCORPORATED, we immediately would have a nation that is in the hands of the SHAREHOLDERS.
