If you have lived in the United States of America for longer than a couple years, you may have noticed that things are deteriorating rapidly. Los Angeles, Cal, for example was just declared the city with the worst air pollution in the country. It has always been that way due to the number of cars and freeways, but they're just telling us about this massive health risk today. By the simple rule of inference, we can also determine that nearly every major city in America has the same health risks and is damaging the lungs of every citizen, a vast majority of us, who live in urban areas. It's simply the output of the number of INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINES on the road. Since Los Angeles has the most cars, the health hazards here is the worst. The cities with almost as many cars would have a health hazard of the proportion of internal combustion GASOLINE BURNING cars that they have on the road. AND, worse yet, the impact of all these GAS BURNING monstrosities on the roads of our cities and now running rampant in more and more cities all over the globe is causing a GLOBAL WEATHER NIGHTMARE, sometimes resulting in a Global Warming, also in a Global Dimming and sometimes as catastrophic storms.

Millions of people are unable to pay their home mortgages and are losing their homes in record numbers. The weather in this country. Millions of people are losing their jobs. Cancer and crime rates are rising. Illegal Invasion across our borders is out of control. Health care costs continue to skyrocket and Social Security and Medicare is threatened with bankruptcy as is the entire federal government. Our Congress, since it is not their money, wastes our money like it's a never ending river that they can use up at their discretion, without regard for any economic controls or conscience. Our Congress pays millionaire farmers subsidies to farm. They pay out billions to the Airline Industry to fly routes that no one uses. They pay out billions of our dollars to support despot regimes all over the world such as North Korea, and Iran, while at the same time, claiming that we also must think about going to war with them. Israel is paid 6 billion dollars per year for decades and with this money, they built an arsenal of atomic weapons of mass destruction, yet when other nations do this, our government tells us we should be going to war with them soon.

In order to placate the Arabs, we also send about 6 billion dollars per year to Egypt to help support their people. Why this is done for decades at a time, is anyone's guess. Since when is it the responsibility of the American taxpayer to help support Egyptian families? Isn't that the role of the Egyptian government? They come crying to us that they have no oil, so immediately, our Congress gives them billions of dollars in financial aid, because it isn't their own money. If Congress had to give foreign aid out of their own salaries, how much do you think they would care about these people? As a taxpayer, we have to start taking control of the spending in this country or we're all going belly-up. In fact, it may already be too late. We owe ourselves over 50 TRILLION DOLLARS in debt and this is growing by millions every minute.

You put all of this evidence together and I bet you have some pet peeves of your own, like the earmark bills that Congress puts out every year, now in the TENS of BILLIONS, in friendly aid to their cronies, friends and family, expenditures not voted on by Congress or approved by anyone, just DOLED OUT by the billions to their friends and supporters out of the kindess of their hearts. One Senator actually complained bitterly about a rival Senator paying off his SON and then did it himself. SURE, it's not their money. Or how about the credit cards, they give to Government employees and of course they will use it for personal use. One of them recently paying over $13,000 for a dinner. Another one using our money for a stripper and a prostitute. Explain to me how that is a government requirement.

Our government no longer represents the ordinary taxpayer. They represent themselves and the "Special Interests" of their friends. The very fact that they had to coin the phrase "Special Interests" shows you that our interests of the ordinary taxpayer has to take a second place. Only "Special Interests" are paid any attention at all.

There is hope. The founding fathers of this great nation knew that the government would eventually begin to be corrupted and would start abusing their powers. Thomas Jefferson actually told us we may need to have a violent revolution every 20 years or so. So, they created a LIVING CONSTITUTION. Justice Antonin Scalea and other Supreme Court Justices have called our Constitution a DEAD CONSTITUTION mainly because they are trying to kill it. However, it is certainly not dead yet and is living still in the hearts and minds of the American people and this is why we believe we must AMEND the CONSTITUTION once again, but this time in favor of a REAL DEMOCRACY, a DIRECT DEMOCRACY, one in which We the People get to make suggestions to the rest of us and then we all VOTE on what we call, NATIONAL BALLOT MEASURES.

If we were able to amend the Constitution today for National Ballot Measures, some of the first ones you might see, as examples, would be a National Proposition to BRING all our TROOPS HOME within 90 days. That would probably pass by a very large majority as all the polls tell us that the American people are sick and tired of paying out billions of dollars to support a crooked puppet regime that we installed in Iraq. This war was a lie from the beginning and it was intended to take our attention of the real goal of eradicating Al Quada and especially Osama Bin Laden, the perpetrator of 9/11. Instead this administration has sided with the Terrorists by giving them huge victories over us in letting them ruin our economy and destroying our freedoms.

Another National Ballot Measure that would probably pass in a twinkle of an eye would be a National Health Care Plan that would put a limit on what a Doctor or Hospital could charge their patients and some kind of government subsidies for people to help pay for catastrophic health problems so that they don't lose their homes when they contract a serious disease like cancer or heart problems, something that can easily cost nearly half a million dollars to cure. The cure of this nation's economy must include some control over our health care costs. Doctors want to earn millions of dollars per year on our sicknesses and diseases and that's simply not moral. It used to be that Doctors became doctors to help people. Not any more. It's time the government stepped in to help ordinary people.

Another National Ballot Measure that would probably pass very easily is the Criminalization of LOBBYING. Lobbyists bribe our Congress people. It is a crime. The vast majority of us would regard their payments to our elected representatives as a crime, but Congress doesn't classify it as a crime because they are the ones making the money from the bribery. So, it's time the people were allowed to make this law so that LOBBYISTS would be ABOLISHED and go home. There are over 10,000 0f them infesting our capital in Washington D.C. and that's abominable. Most Senators when they retire, become lobbyists to earn another fortune lobbying their former colleagues. Talk about the Fox being in charge of the chicken coop. This has simply got to stop or else just declare our democracy a sham and that we are all living in a TOTALITARIAN STATE. Do one or the other. Let's not pretend that Congress represents us while lobbyists are running loose in the capital like vermin.

AMERICA 2.0 would give these solutions and many others and the solutions would change as the situation changes. National Ballot Measures would work. There is no logical reason why NOT to have them. It's only our lack of will that makes them a dream of ours right now. Given enough participation and an increased awareness that we could achieve a Real Democracy in America and SOON, it may become a reality in time to save this country.

We're waiting to find out if you the people of this country truly want a democracy or do you wish to remain subjects of the MONARCHY of a few royal people who are bigger than us, more powerful than us, more lucky than the rest of us. Give it a try. What's the worst that can happen?
